1.2 We follow and comply with the Bangladeshi government’s digital e-commerce laws.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1 We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most orders. However, customers ordering gifts from abroad for Bangladeshi relatives must pay in advance.
2.2 Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash
• Mobile banking
• Bank deposits

2.3 All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
2.4 Full payment is required at the time of delivery for COD orders unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 We offer nationwide delivery in Bangladesh.
3.2 Delivery time is typically 2-3 business days. However, we always schedule delivery in coordination with the customer for installation purposes.
3.3 Orders above 5,000 BDT qualify for free shipping and installation within Dhaka City. For larger projects, installation terms will be discussed individually.
3.4 Any delays, lost shipments, or damaged goods during delivery are our responsibility for purifiers. For accessories, customers must provide video proof showing damage during delivery.

4. Return and Refund Policy

4.1 We only accept returns or exchanges for faulty products at the time of delivery or installation.
4.2 Faulty products will be replaced with new ones, and no refunds are provided.
4.3 Accessories are non-refundable and non-returnable.

5. Warranty and Repairs

5.1 Our products come with a 1-year official warranty.
5.2 After the warranty period, lifetime repair and maintenance services are available for a fee.
5.3 The warranty does not cover damages caused by short circuits, electrical overloads, or misuse of the product.

6. Water Testing and Other Services

6.1 Normal water testing is offered free of charge.
6.2 Advanced lab tests or specialized water analysis are subject to additional charges.
6.3 Appointments for services must be scheduled in advance.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Customers must provide accurate contact details and proof of purchase when requested.
7.2 Products should be used and maintained according to the guidelines provided in the product catalog.
7.3 Failure to adhere to product usage guidelines may void the warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, unauthorized repairs, or negligence.
8.2 Our liability does not extend to damages caused by short circuits or electrical overloads.

10. Rules for Children
